About Me

I am a graduate of the Somatic Psychology M.A program at California Institute of Integral Studies.  Somatic Psychotherapy first started to appeal to me while I was enrolled in massage therapy school- it was during this time when I became profoundly aware of the vast and intricate connections between mind, body, and soul.  My training as a psychotherapist has taken place at The Center for Somatic Psychotherapy in San Francisco and at Pacific Center in Berkeley.  I am passionate about utilizing psychotherapy as a means of creating social justice and social change.
